THE DEFINITIVE RESOURCE FOR
PRIVATE LENDING AND REAL ESTATE EDUCATION
About the Institute
Learning the secrets of Real Estate and Real Estate Loan Investment has become confusing and expensive. Many of these courses are taught by instructors that have no idea what they are talking about for an insanely prohibitive cost. Investors that seek real knowledge and guidance have become disillusioned. Unfortunately, most real estate “trainers and gurus” spend more time trying to get you to pay more and more for poor education than they do teaching. The National Institute of Lending and Real Estate, powered by successful note and investment firm Castle Rock Capital Management, was founded as a repository of real knowledge that can be accessed by all investors regardless of experience. Taught by very experienced real world instructors at a fraction of the cost of hotel “gurus”, the Institute is turning real estate, private lending, and non-performing loan/note education on its head by constantly offering new and useful on-line classes and tools for real estate investors of all levels.
Doug Smith, with nearly 30 years of experience as a bank lending executive, real estate investor, and portfolio manager for well-known private equity firm Castle Rock Capital Management, was invited as a “special guest” of a real estate “guru” to attend one of his seminars. The guru seated him up front and proceeded to point him out to all of his prospective “students” and proclaimed “even top-notch real estate and loan fund mangers come to listen to what I have to say!” This angered Smith and he did not return after the break. The “guru” wasn’t giving the audience any good information, but he had them running to the back of the room to spend thousands of dollars on his special “training”. Smith felt like the charlatan was leading lambs to slaughter, so he created a depository of knowledge on line that investors could access for a few dollars every month…not tens of thousands. The National Institute of Lending and Real Estate offers multiple learning and consulting products to fit most investors’ needs.
Premier Membership
The Institute’s Premier Plan allows members to access all classes and content of the site, including the Members Only section, for the low price of only $99/month. From the comfort of your own home, you will be able to watch class videos and download helpful worksheets and spreadsheets that will allow you to grow your business to the point that you can gain true financial freedom.
Executive Program
This special Institute program is for serious investors only and requires an application and acceptance. Participants get all of the benefits of the Premier and Executive Programs, but they also get direct, one-on-one access to Doug Smith himself for an hour each week to privately discuss anything that might be on the Participant’s mind other than sources to purchase deals from. The Executive Program is for any investor that is serious about scaling their business quickly. The Executive Program retails at $995/month.
Private Client Program
This is the Institute’s elite, top-of-the line program that is limited to a select few members. At only $9500 per year, tt’s also more economical than buying the monthly Executive Program. Participants get all of the benefits of the Premier and Executive Programs, but they also get direct, one-on-one access to Doug Smith himself for an hour each week to not only discuss all aspects of the note and real estate investment business, but to also get signed up with sellers of non-performing and performing loans. Through this program, we will help your business grow by going over deals with you, directly introducing you to industry experts, financiers, vendors, note sellers, and real estate sellers to help you build the business you’ve always dreamed of. Private Client Members also work as a group to help each other through the ups and down that come with real estate-based investing. For obvious reasons, this Program is only limited to a select few members and acceptance is required.
