Guided by an instructor that has made thousands of loans and trained numerous bank lenders throughout his 25 year banking and lending career, you will take a deep-dive into building a successful private lending practice. Using an actual bank’s credit policy manual as a guide, the instructor walks you through creating your own credit policy for your very own lending practice. The concepts in this video are more advanced than in the previous Real Estate 101 video, so be sure to watch that first
